Thank you for choosing Part 2 Resale Clothing Co. We appreciate the opportunity to review your items for resale.

ITEM REVIEW & PICKUP
After your clothing has been reviewed, you will be notified by text message or email regarding accepted and unaccepted items. Accepted items will be purchased according to our current buying standards and payout rates.

PICKUP DEADLINE
Sellers have seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification to pick up any unaccepted items. Items not picked up within seven (7) days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Part 2 Resale Clothing Co.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Any unclaimed clothing, accessories, or other items remaining after the 7-day pickup period become the property of Part 2 Resale Clothing Co. and may be used, resold, donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at our sole discretion.

UNCLAIMED PAYMENTS
If we have purchased items from you and the payout has not been collected within the 7-day period, the payout amount will be converted to Part 2 Resale Clothing Co. store credit. No cash payouts will be issued after the 7-day period. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases in accordance with store policies.

NO LIABILITY FOR UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Part 2 Resale Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, donated, recycled, resold, or discarded items that are not picked up within the stated 7-day period. By leaving items with Part 2 Resale Clothing Co. for review, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. Management reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
